I clicked in error and have cancelled my tickets?
Go back to your original ticket email and click on the top grey box where you will be re-directed back to your ticket.

I wanted 3 tickets, and the email says I have 3 tickets but there is only one attached?
The ticket email should confirm the number of tickets you have been allocated.  You simply need to print the attached e-ticket 3 times.

I only have 1 vehicle pass but need more.
You can re-print the number of vehicle passes that you require for your party.

Why are all my tickets numbered the same?
Everyone within your party will have the same ticket number which is OK. As long as you don’t print out more tickets than the number of people confirmed in your email, it will be fine.

There is no ticket attached.
Your ticket is not attached – you simply need to click on the first line of your email that says “Click here to download your ticket”  and your ticket will open, you then need to print your ticket and bring it with you on the day.

Can I bring more people than are confirmed on my email?
Unfortunately the event is now fully booked. However, if you email info@shropshirejubilee.co.uk requesting returned tickets, if we receive any returned tickets then we may be able to re-allocate them to you.

Can I bring my baby?
Babies under the age of 2 years do not require individual tickets.

I’m having problems opening a pdf/attachment?
You can download Adobe Acrobat reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

My email browser does not support html so I am unable to access my ticket?
Please contact sarah@shropshirejubilee.co.uk and an e-ticket will be forwarded to you.

How can I book blue badge parking?
Blue badge parking is available on a first come, first served basis.  Once this is full, overflow parking will be in the general public parking areas.
